Medal for Distinguished Contributions
to the Arts and Humanities
As part of the evening's ceremony, Mr. Rushdie will deliver the
"A Celebration of Letters"
Tickets are free, but nonetheless are required for this event. Tickets (2 per PSU ID) are available starting March 27 (students), March 28 (faculty and staff), March 29 (general public) at Eisenhower Auditorium, Penn State Downtown Theatre, and the HUB-Robeson Center Information Desk. Mr. Rushdie will also participate in a WPSU "Lobby Talk" from 3:30-4:30 on April 11, and he will hold a small seminar for faculty and students on April 12. Tickets are also required for these events. Tickets are free, but are very limited.
