Gail has over 20 years of experience in managing primary and secondary market research studies. Her area of expertise is quantitative research involving complex sampling and analytical tools.
She is founder and head of Reach Research, a marketing and consumer research firm based in Philadelphia. Prior to forming her company, Gail was Senior Vice President of Shugoll Research where she was instrumental in developing the Shugoll Research’s Power Pricing Index, a powerful proprietary tool used to project revenue streams under different pricing scenarios and to recommend optimal pricing points.
Her career also includes research management roles at Market Facts, Marriott Corporation, and Cornell University. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association, Market Research Association, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and Pharmaceutical Market Research Group.
Gail is a member of the Liberal Arts Development Council. She and her husband, Dennis, have established a Trustee Scholarship in the College of the Liberal Arts and a graduate endowment in honor of Dean Susan Welch, and they support the Rock Ethics Institute.
