Biography:

Greg has had a distinguished career as a seasoned CEO, general manager, and marketer with diverse expertise in leading and growing businesses internationally.

He is a managing director and partner with New Directions, which works with senior executives and professionals seeking new opportunities such as full-time positions, corporate boards, consulting practices, business ventures, non-profit leadership, and more.

Prior to his position at New Directions, Greg was a managing director and partner at Omega Management Group Advisors. He also was Founder and CEO of IME Enterprises LLC after serving as President and CEO of Tomra North America, Inc., a leading global provider of recovery and recycling of materials

In addition, Greg enjoyed a long successful career at Unilever, one of the world's largest consumer packaged goods companies, serving in several senior marketing and general management positions including Vice President/General Manager of its U.S. Foods business division.

Greg is a member of the Liberal Arts Development Council and received the 2009 Sparks Centennial Medal for his involvement with the College. He and his wife, Toni, supported the Rock Ethics Institute and established Director’s Funds in the Paterno Fellows Program and the Center for Democratic Deliberation.
