Public and parochial elementary school teacher (retired).


Biography:

A graduate of Gonzaga University, Joan spent 30 years in the suburban Philadelphia area as a public and parochial elementary school teacher. After retiring to Montana in 1994, she continues her involvement in education as a reading tutor for elementary school students.

Together with her husband, Chick, she has endowed the Charles Rolling Scholarship in Engineering, the Mary Rolling Lectureship in Creative Writing, and the Rolling Program Fund in Engineering and Ethics.
