Rock Ethics Institute Faculty Seminar Fellowships

Rock Ethics Institute Faculty Seminars are designed to support research and dialogue on issues and concepts integral to ethical awareness and inquiry. They are designed to encourage interaction and collaboration on ethical themes across the humanities, as well among the humanities and the social and natural sciences.

Academic excellence is best ensured through faculty who are committed to the development of original and creative scholarship. These seminars provide a forum for faculty to share their research and work-in-progress, to augment their understanding of various ethical topics and approaches to ethics, and to strengthen and enrich teaching, research, and outreach at Penn State through this interdisciplinary exchange. These seminars are designed to invigorate the intellectual lives of faculty fellows by providing an interdisciplinary and collegial context for developing enriched avenues of ethical inquiry.
