John Sallis, Boston College
John Sallis, Frederick J. Adelmann Professor of Philosophy at Boston College, is the author of many books, including Transfigurements: On the True Sense of Art; The Verge of Philosophy; Platonic Legacies; Force of Imagination; and Being and Logos. His writings have been translated into many languages, and he has lectured throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. He has held visiting professorships at the University of Tubingen and the University of Freiburg, Germany, and Staffordshire University, England.
