Walter Brogan, Villanova University
Walter Brogan, Professor of Philosophy at Villanova University, has been a member of the department since 1986. He is the author of Heidegger and Aristotle: The Twofoldness of Being, and of many articles on contemporary continental philosophy and ancient Greek philosophy. Dr. Brogan is the editor of Epoché: Journal for the History of Philosophy. He is the co-founder of the Ancient Philosophy Society. Dr. Brogan was a member of the executive committee of the Eastern Division American Philosophical Association from 2002–2005 and was co-director of SPEP from 1998–2001. He is a past director and current member of the board of directors of the Collegium Phaenomenologicum in Citta di Castello, Italy.
