Theme: Living Philosophy: Experience and Transformation

Along with nontraditional scholarship such as feminist, critical race, and disability theory, students will read standard texts that show how different human experiences have helped shape philosophical reflection. In addition, writing assignments, visiting lecturers, and mentoring will help students learn that their own perspectives matter to philosophy.
