University Park, Pa. — Amit Sharma, affiliate faculty member in the Rock Ethics Institute and director of the Food Decisions Research Laboratory, will host the 10th annual Online Interdisciplinary Research Symposium on Dec. 11.

The virtual event will explore sustainable pathways and technology-driven transformations in the foodservice industry, featuring international scholars and topics ranging from consumer preferences to business challenges.
