Biography:
Project: Hobbes and Philosophical Anarchism with Rock Ethics Institute Faculty Member Ben Jones
Manshu is a rising junior in the Schreyer Honor College, majoring in Philosophy and Sociology. She has been a research assistant in the Department of Sociology, conducting a two-year research project about the population aging around the globe, and she is also a Rock Ethics Institute Fellow for summer 2020. Aside from the issues about aging, her research interests also focus on the philosophy of law, along with the thought of modern philosophers, primarily concentrated on Thomas Hobbes. She is the recipient of the President Sparks Award in 2020 and President Freshman Award in 2019, granted annually to students acquiring the highest GPA.
