Biography

Yao Yi (Spencer) Huang is a senior majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. A native of Taipei, Taiwan, Spencer developed a deep interest in the applications and societal impact of Computer Science, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Extended Reality. He currently conducts research in Dr. Wagner’s lab, where his work bridges machine learning with human-robot interaction, with a focus on the social dynamics of Large Language Model interactions. Besides academics, Spencer is a dedicated and passionate amateur athlete with a strong commitment to tennis, golf, and skiing.
