Biography

Andrew Hoffman has more than twenty years of business experience holding key positions in several leading global professional services organizations. He has advised numerous Fortune 100 companies as well as medium-sized and small privately-owned organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, consumer business, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Phillips Graphic Finishing, LLC, Andy was the head of CBC Capital, a private investment firm that invests in later stage or mature, lower middle-market opportunities. He also served as Director of private equity services at Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC. Other management positions included Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Business Consulting.

Andy has established the Hoffman Fund in the Rock Ethics Institute and has supported other programs in the College of the Liberal Arts.
