Biography

Andrew "Andy" Hoffman has more than thirty years of business experience in leading global professional services organizations. He has advised numerous Fortune 100 companies as well as medium-sized and small privately owned organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, consumer business, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Hoffman currently serves as president and CEO of Phillips Graphic Finishing, a leading provider of bindery and print finishing services to the graphic arts industry. Prior to this role, he was a director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement group at Alvarez & Marsal and held management positions at Deloitte Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. He has established the Hoffman Fund in the Rock Ethics Institute.
