Biography

Lillian is an Integrated Undergraduate-Graduate (IUG) student pursuing a Bachelor of International Politics and a Master of International Affairs simultaneously. She is a third-year student in the Scheyer Honors College and a Paterno Fellow. In addition to being a Rock Ethics Institute Undergraduate Fellow, she is a Penn State Public Humanities Fellow and was a Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellow for Arabic in Summer 2021. Her primary interest is conflict within the Middle East and North African region. Rock Ethics Institute faculty member Yael Warshel is supervising her work in the Children, Media, and Conflict Zones Lab.
