Rock Ethics Institute

Manshu is a rising junior majoring in Philosophy and Sociology. She has been a research assistant in the Department of Sociology, conducting a two-year research project about the population aging around the globe. Aside from the issues about aging, her research interests focus on the philosophy of law, along with the thought of modern philosophers, primarily concentrated on Thomas Hobbes. Under the supervision of Rock Ethics Institute assistant director Ben Jones, Manshu’s REI fellowship supported her project entitled “Hobbes and Philosophical Anarchism.”
