Biography

Neela Parker Talwar is from Allentown, Pennsylvania, and studies economics and Spanish. She plans to pursue a Master’s degree in health policy/health economics next year. Before studying abroad last academic year in Granada, Spain, she was the vice president of the Women in Economics Society and a teaching assistant for the economics department. Neela is very excited and honored to be assisting professor Jonathan H. Marks on his project, “What Will Become of Us: Pandemic Ethics, Structural Injustice, and Social Change,” for the Rock Ethics Institute.
