Biography

Stephen received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from Bloomsburg University. He is currently a graduate student at Penn State for nano-engineering. As part of his completion of his master’s degree, he intends to investigate ethical considerations of advancements in neurotechnology by the use of nanotechnology.
